Mark Bright

Mark Bright was one half of the famous Bright – Wright partnership up front for Crystal palace FC. H signed from Luton Town in the summer of 1986 under Steve Coppell and became top goal scorer in the second division at the end of the 1987 – 1988 season with 24 league goals. He helped Palace reach the final of the FA cup in 1990. After enjoying a prolific time at palace, he signed for Sheffield Wednesday in September 1992 and went on to spend four years playing for the club before ending his playing career at Charlton Athletic in 1999.

Eddie McGoldrick

McGoldrick started of his successful playing career at Northampton Town before moving to Crystal Palace. At Selhurst Park, he went on to make over 150 appearances for the club and mad his debut for the Republic of Ireland during his time period. He helped Palace gain promotion during the 1988 – 1989 season s they defeated Blackburn Rovers in the play offs. He finished off his career playing for Manchester City and Arsenal having left Crystal Palace in 1993.
