David Hopkin

Hopkin is considered by many Crystal Palace supporters to be a legend at the Crystal Palace football club. He is most notable for scoring the winning goal in the 1996 – 1997 play off final at Wembley which in turn guaranteed Palace a place in the premiership for the 1997 – 1998 campaign. He is originally from Scotland and is an outstanding midfielder.

Dougie Freedman

Freedman spent many years playing for Crystal palace while they were in the premiership in the second tier of English football. He is most notable for scoring a very late goal against Stockport County which in turn ensured the clubs survival in the first division. He has played for the club in two different spells and has now scored over one hundred goals. He has played for the Scotland international football team.

Attilio Lombardo

Lombardo arrived at Crystal palace during the mid 1990’s and was installed as the new player manager at he club in the year 1998. He was in charge at the club with fellow player, Tomas Brolin and is now considered by many to have been one of Crystal palace’s most skillful and entertaining players in the history of the football club.
